I'm dreaming of a white Christmas...

I know... I'm a bit early. The leaves haven't even started to turn color. Halloween hasn't even come and gone yet. But I wanted to share with you the pure beauty of these all-white Christmas decorations.
I love the beachy touches you can incorporate into your gift wrapping with this color palette.
I know very few of us have all-white decor, but... I'm dreamimg, remember?!

friday favorites

dreaming of Indian summer...
These are my favorite summer colors, blues and greens.
One last glimpse before the glow of fall's oranges and yellows surround us.

happy weekend!

color of the year

For 2009, the Pantone color of the year
is Mimosa
(PANTONE® color number 14-0848),
a warm, engaging yellow.
According to Pantone, in this time of economic uncertainty and political change, optimism is paramount and no other color expresses hope and reassurance more than yellow.

Look at this room, doesn't it make you feel hopeful and happy?!

Maybe I will repaint my walls in Duron's Plantation Beige, a warm golden shade, and throw in a few touches of green, for 2010's upcoming trendy color.
